1.1 Age Restriction

Players must be 21+ to use the q333 platform. If underage access is discovered, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited. We may request proof of age when necessary.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may only hold one account on q333. If accounts are found sharing the same IP address, payment method, or personal details, the duplicate accounts will be closed and bonuses may be voided.

1.3 Accurate Information Required

You must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering. Accounts opened with false information may be terminated, and issues may arise during financial identity verification.

1.4 Account Security

3.1 Welcome Bonus

Get a 120% bonus on your first deposit (up to 200,000 Ks). To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 20.

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks; to withdraw the bonus, you must wager 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks.
• Example — deposit 340,000 Ks (or more) and receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 540,000 Ks; the required wagering amount is 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks.

Each bonus can only be claimed once, and every player is entitled to one Welcome Bonus only. Withdrawals are not allowed until the wagering requirement is met; any attempt to do so will result in the bonus being voided and the funds being frozen.

3.2 VIP Program

q333's VIP tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can move up through the tiers based on your play history, and depending on your tier you can receive a weekly cashback of between 0.2% and 0.8%. Tier changes and cashback details can be checked from your player account.

3.3 Refer a Friend Bonus

Invite a friend to q333 and when they make their first deposit, you will receive 8% of their first deposit amount as a bonus (up to 10,000 Ks per person). You will also earn 0.2% of your friends' valid wagering amount as a weekly commission.

3.4 Bonus Abuse Prevention

q333 does not allow attempts to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met, use of betting strategies or arbitrage to circumvent wagering limits, or choosing only low-risk bets to exploit bonuses while minimising actual play. If detected, the bonus will be voided and the account may be suspended.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

• Manipulating the game system using software programs or bots
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Inappropriate conduct toward other players or staff
• Distributing advertisements about q333 without our prior written permission
